How does your prelim represent certain social groups? My prelim represents the college social group, so pupils of the school and possibly even their parents, and the school Governors. This represents the social groups within the school, e.g the more fashionable social groups within the college. Who would be the intended audience for your product? The magazine would target a wide audience because it includes various different topics which are interesting for the students, these could be things like anecdotes from previous students, or fashion picks from students, which would attract students which are concerned about their fashion. The main audience would be any pupils that are year 10 and above as there are a lot of exam related topics in the magazine as you can see from the front cover and contents. Adding to this parents may also be interesting as it may allow them to see what their child may be struggling with if their child is not telling them. How ...
