JACK DAVEY AS MEDIA COURSEWORK

As I am mainly working on my magazine from now on I am not too sure i will post a lot to my blog however i am going to post another example of my magazine layout.

                               

Name: Olivia Loach Age: 17 Interests: Makeup, fashion, design, shopping, and listening to small, up and coming artists. Favourite bands/Artits:  Julia Micheals, Lorde, Migos, Ella Henderson. Magazines followed: FADER, Wonderland, Loud and Quiet, Dazed. Favourite brands : Adidas originals, Vans, Nike, Odd future. Occupation: Olivia is currently at a college studying clothing design and fashion, she is also working part time mainly on the weekends at pink pigeon which is a small shop in the city centre, where she is a sales assistant, this job fits her perfectly as it sells some new brands, and plays her favourite music.

Name: Billy Christopher Age:     17 Interests: Football, festivals, Gigs, Skating, Clothes shopping/customising clothes, Indie music. Favourite Brands: Carhaart, Stussy, Supreme, Dickies, Adidas originals, Vans, Odd Future Magazines followed: THE FLY, Clash, Fader, The Perfect Man Favourite artists/ bands: The kooks, Arctic monkeys, Tyler the creator, Declan Mckenna, RatBoy Profession/occupation: Billy, is a kids sports coach at David Lloyd Narborough, he has worked there for almost 6 months and is a part of a team of 6. He coaches kids from 3-13 different sports, and has to co ordinae the parties people book at the venue, he also is part of the team that runs the events the club holds like Fireworkds night, Halloween night, and when the Leicester city players do events at the club the DL kids sports team has to make sure it runs smoothly.

Audience feedback For my audience feedback i handed out 18 questionnaires, mainly to teenagers my age at my school, i had no spoiled questionnaires and they were all filled out properly. The large majority of people admitted they were fans of music and seemed to be keen on the ideas of plenty of photos, and seemed interested in an interview. Below i will look more deeply at the responses i received. Are you a fan of indie music? 14/18 people said they were a fan of Indie music, with the other 4 not really knowing exactly what it was, they also seemed to be fans of the more rap/grime/trap scene. Do you often purchase magazines? On the whole people said they do not purchase magazines very often, and didn't really seem to interested in them, this is largely down to the fact everything is on the internet. 11/18 people said they did not purchase magazines very often.
